For support requests, include the app name, app version, device model, iOS or watchOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Purchase restore

If a lifetime unlock does not appear, open the app settings, tap Restore Purchase, and confirm you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase.

Location data

If local lunar, solar, or tidal information looks wrong, check the app location mode and refresh device location from Settings. Approximate location may reduce local timing precision.
